System Status & Outages

The CCWC system will be down starting between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, for equipment repair and maintenance. Per state regulations, due to the systemwide loss of pressure a boil water notice will be in effect once water is restored until our lab returns results confirming the water is safe to drink. Lab results typically take a minimum of 24 hours. Customers who have signed up for updates will be notified via text once the boil water notice has been lifted. Status updates will also be posted on the CCWC website. Thank you for your patience as we repair and improve our community’s water system!

UPDATE. 12/13/22, 9:15 A.M.: WE HAVE RECEIVED CLEAN LABORATORY RESULTS, AND EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, THE BOIL WATER NOTICE IS LIFTED

UPDATE, 12/12/22, 5:30 p.m.: WATER SAMPLES WERE SUBMITTED WHEN THE LAB OPENED THIS MORNING. WE EXPECT RESULTS TOMORROW MORNING. THE BOIL-WATER NOTICE IS STILL IN EFFECT.

UPDATE, 12/11/22, 12:30 p.m.: WATER SERVICE HAS BEEN RESTORED AND A BOIL-WATER NOTICE IS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

WATER OUTAGE 12/11/22, 11:16 a.m.

The CCWC water system is currently experiencing an outage, and our watermaster is investigating the cause. Please standby for further information. We will post updates here and on the company’s Facebook page.

The State of Oregon requires us to issue a boil-water notice and test water for contamination any time pressure in the system drops below 25 psi. This notice will be in effect once the system is operational and will stay in place until we are able to report safe results from the water samples we submit to the laboratory for evaluation. For those member-customers who’ve signed up to receive text alerts from us, we will be notifying you about boil-water notice status updates via automated text.
