General Description: 

This mid-level position serves as the full-charge bookkeeper, office manager, and assistant to the board of directors of Cimmarron City Water Company (CCWC), in Bend, Oregon.

Established in 1969, CCWC is a rural, mutual benefit non-profit water utility proudly owned by our members. This position provides customer service to the membership and oversees CCWC’s day-to-day activities to assure delivery of the highest quality, untreated drinking water to our community.

This is a work-from-home position.

Job Type: Part-Time, work from home with local travel required at times. 

Shifts and Schedule: Performed during business days and hours.

Compensation: Salary position, commensurate with qualifications and experience. 

Qualifications: 

Full charge booking skills (General Ledger Knowledge, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable)

Proficient in accounting/payroll software programs

Comfortable with technology and proficient with MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) 

Excellent attendance and attention to detail 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record 

Strong self-management and organization skills
